SAMSUNG Electronics' Semiconductor Division actively participates in international cooperative activities such as the World Semiconductor Council and SEATECH in order to develop and apply environmentally friendly products and manufacturing procedures. We work to preserve the natural environment such as purifying rivers around the workplace. We also operate environmental science classes for elementary school children nearby the workplace to develop their scientific knowledge and raise their perception of environmental protection.
